Corn Husk & Runes ~Warding the Door

I love making these, they feel and look so natural as well as potent!  The Runes are Othila, Uruz & Gebo. I chose these in particular as Uruz is the unbridled, unlimited power uniting with my ancestors (Othila) at this crossroads of entrance uniting (Gebo) the combination into the intention of protection at my gate.
 
Black Corn is hard to find in the local area farm patches; I was fortunate to find a few at a nearby homestead. This piece will last for many years. It will mount comfortably in a 11 x 22 space or larger (top of branch to bottom is 22").
