Bastet Statue

Bastet. Egyptian Goddess, worshiped as early as the Second Dynasty.  Also known as Baast. She is Goddess of cats, home, music & dance, fire, sexuality, and fertility... She is believed to be the personification of the soul of Isis and is sometimes also represented as a lioness. Measures approximately 10 1/2 inches tall.
