Asherah ~Made of Ganges River Clay ~ A Divine Statue

"Asherah, Canaanite and Israelite Goddes, the Mother of all mothers... a fertility goddess and consort of the gods... also referred to as God's forgotten wife." Temple of Solomon even had an altar dedicated to Asherah~ Goddess of Lions, Goddess of Snakes are a few of the many attributes of her.
 
This statue is based on art found at Israel Museum, Tel Aviv, c. 1400 BCE.  Measures approximately 6 3/4" and is black fired from Ganges River clay (these statues are made in India). A great video on Asherah.
