Rune wisdom is life wisdom, earth wisdom, ancestral wisdom.  Runes are an integral part of the spiritual heritage of our European, indigenous ancestry.
Older than the Vikings, older than the gods, they deserve to be returned to a place of respect and honor.

They require we live with courage and integrity.
They demand we remember.
As the ice is melting, the runes are being revealed. 
 
This class is taught by Ingrid Kincaid, the Rune Woman. Ingrid is an internationally known author/educator whose classes, events and presentations are challenging, engaging and often controversial. 
 
The Runes Revealed is an 11-week series designed to study the runes and build a relationship with them as a way to access ancient wisdom from Old Europe.
 
What are the runes?  What are their meanings? Why is there a increased interest in them at this time?  Are they relevant to our modern day?  Are they dangerous?  Can they be used for divination?  Where did they come from?  Were they given to us by Odin?  What is their connection with the Vikings? 
These are some of the questions that will be explored, along with the study of each rune individually, finding meanings, both obvious and hidden.
You can study the runes to gain knowledge but to truly live their wisdom you must develop a relationship with them as well as with the ancestors, the gods and the Jotnir (giants) who are all part of this ancient, spiritual tradition from Northern Europe.
